An Elevate Life Engagement Manager will schedule a time to work with you and your family to guide you through the service offerings. Elevate Life uses Passive monitoring technology which is non-surveillance-based monitoring. It uses a variety of motion, audio, and touch sensors that capture movement and occupancy events 24X7. The sensors are placed on walls, appliances, or furniture. Sensors can be used in all living settings, including homes with pets and other medical telemetry equipment. In addition, the monitoring technology will also include a set of medical devices to track your vitals to monitor your health. An AI application alerts the care team or family if and when attention or intervention is needed.
Once you have decided on the plan, Elevate Life will manage the end-to-end process of setting you up in 30 days. The process includes an initial assessment, installation of the sensors, appointing your caregiver, working with your family, getting your amenity access cards, and other services.
You may cancel or modify your program with 30 days written notice or due to a significant change of condition.
