We have identified a serious need – the forgotten middle-market senior who needs senior living support and services but can’t afford the current offerings. With a diverse breadth of subject matter expertise, our team of senior living professionals is moving forward to fill the void.
In our initial phase, ELEVATE Senior Living will design, develop, manage and operate 10 senior living communities over the next five years. Offering Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care the communities will deliver quality with efficiency and value but are not low-income communities.
